Key Success Factors of Sustainable Organization for Traditional Manufacturing Industries: A Case Study in Taiwan

Even sustainable organizations have received overwhelming attention, but there is a lack of studies to explore the key success factors for traditional manufacturing based on expert opinions. The purpose this study was development in industries through knowledge. In study, Delphi method applied construct research framework with most appropriate criteria. Moreover, we proposed an effective solution Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL)-based Analytic Network Process (ANP) determine correlation causality these decision laboratory multi-criteria decision-making. We also integrated importance–performance analysis illustrate attributes improvement priorities. Our results show that managers policy-makers should concentrate more knowledge management enhance sustainability organizations. keep teamwork employee engagement at high level achieve goal Additionally, theoretical practical implications provide five priority indicators organization.
